Role Description
This is a full-time (part-time opportunity available) on-site role for an Aesthetician + Laser Specialist located in Chicago, IL. The specialist will be responsible for performing various skincare treatments, laser hair removal, and other laser-based treatments. Daily tasks include consulting with clients to determine their needs and recommending appropriate services, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring all treatments are performed safely and effectively. Other responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling skincare products and services, and staying updated on the latest industry trends and techniques.
Qualifications
Licensed Aesthetician and Laser Specialist with 3+ years of experience
Must have a following
Experience in Skincare treatments, Laser Hair Removal, Micro-needling, Moxi/BBL and more
Customer Service and Sales skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
State licensure in esthetics and laser certification
Relevant experience in a medical spa or dermatology clinic is a must
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in cosmetology or related field is beneficial
