Provide skilled professional nursing care to patients in an outpatient treatment center as directed by Program Director and Physician in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies
Provide timely documentation of patient services based on individual treatment plan
Collaborate with physician and interdisciplinary team to provide quality patient care
Manage medication inventory and ordering as necessary
Maintain compliance with DEA and Opioid treatment program regulations for medication handling and dosing
Chart nursing notes in an informative and descriptive manner reflecting the care provided and the response to that care
Complete scheduled chart audits
Attends and participates in staff in-services and meetings
Current LPN license valid in the state where the job resides with no restrictions
Minimum of 2 years of general nursing experience
Experience in addiction treatment setting or mental health facility preferred
Certifications in PPD and TB test administration
Certification in CPR
Strong verbal skills and ability to communicate abstract concepts
Demonstrated ability to treat all patients with respect and dignity
Flexibility to meet a variety of changing priorities
Must have basic computer skills, charting software and email experience
Demonstrate high quality observation and nursing judgment
