We are a well-established oral surgery practice with deep roots in the dental community, and we’re looking for an energetic, organized, and creative professional to join our team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys being out in the community, meeting new people, and creating experiences that bring professionals together. You’ll be the friendly face that helps keep our referral relationships strong while also bringing fresh ideas for engaging events and creative marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral doctors and their teams through regular in-person visits and thoughtful touchpoints.
Plan, coordinate, and host continuing education seminars, study clubs, and networking events for dental professionals.
Create fun, meaningful campaigns to engage offices and strengthen referral partnerships.
Support light digital marketing efforts, including social media and fresh outreach ideas, to complement in-person relationship building.
Work with our internal team to develop marketing strategies, set goals, and monitor results.
Represent the practice with professionalism, enthusiasm, and warmth in all community interactions.
Qualifications:
Personable, approachable, and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
Experience in relationship management, community outreach, public relations, or event planning.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable presenting to groups and speaking confidently about services and events.
Creative thinker with a knack for both in-person and digital engagement ideas.
Familiarity with the dental or healthcare field is helpful but not required.
