We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and empathetic Client Experience Specialist & Lead Preceptor to join our team. This unique, dual-focused role is designed for a standout professional who will serve as the champion for our clients' satisfaction while simultaneously acting as the lead trainer and mentor (Preceptor) for our incoming and current staff.b You will be the bridge between our clients' expectations and our team's execution, ensuring world-class service at every touchpoint.
When a new client comes on service, you are the first person they meet from our team. You are the one who walks into their home, earns their trust, and shows them — not just tells them — what In-Homecaregivers is all about. You spend the first one to two weeks with every new client, making sure the experience is seamless, warm, and exactly what their family was hoping for.
You also bring our new caregivers into that world. You introduce them to their clients, walk them through the home, model the standard, and coach them in real time — because excellence is taught, not assumed.
When emergencies happen — call-offs, no-shows, unexpected gaps — you step in. You are the steady hand that keeps our clients covered and our caregivers supported.
And because we run a real operation, you will also carry a share of our administrative and HR work — hiring support, onboarding, scheduling, file management — and rotate on-call one week every three to four weeks to make sure our families always have someone to reach after hours.
This is a guaranteed 40-hour per week position. Your hours flex with client needs and territory demands — and we will always communicate clearly about what to expect.
