Heart Failure Prevention Clinical Research Study (Park Ridge)

AMR-Clinical Chicago Park Ridge is now enrolling in a heart failure prevention clinical research study for adults ages 40 and older who have Type 2 Diabetes and a history of heart or blood vessel disease.

Qualified participants:

• Have a diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes and are on treatment
• Have an established cardiovascular disease such as ischemic heart disease, stroke, or peripheral arterial disease
• Must meet other study criteria

Qualified participants will receive all study-related care at no cost. Subjects may receive up to $1,800 for study-related time and travel.
