My husband and I are looking for a studio to one bedroom unit to rent asap/immediately preferably before October 1st. We’re mostly familiar with the north side of Chicago however are open to any location in or outside of the city as long as it’s fairly accessible to public transportation since we currently don’t have a car. We have one very friendly dog that would be joining us as well, shes 15 years old, female and has been with us since she was a puppy she’s up to date on shots and potty/house trained as well as very friendly and well mannered. Since we are looking for somewhere immediately We’re both open to short and long term leases/rentals (3-12 months) as well as open to month to month leases. About us we’re both in our early 30’s very respectable, very quiet, we definitely clean up after ourselves and are able to pay rent on time. On our off time outside of work and also some gig work throughout the month aside from that we’re usually watching movies or playing video games, we also love exploring the city and are also very adventurous foodies as well we love to eat out quite often and love to try new foods from across the world. We also love to cook and regularly experiment with new dishes at home on our time off. We’re very respectful tenants, very quiet, very clean and tidy and don’t like drama or issues so we usually keep to ourselves, If anyone has a place available please feel free to reach out to us with information about your unit and if available pictures of the place we’re able up pay up to $1,680 for studio or 1bedroom depending on size and location of the unit.
