Hi! I am relocating to Chicago and looking for a studio or a one bedroom apartment. My budget is around 1300 with everything included. I am looking in Bronzeville. I would prefer laundry in unit, but at least in the building. I will be bringing a car so I’d prefer garage or street parking. My timeframe for moving is June/July. Thank you so much!
