Hi! I am an experienced RN relocating to Chicago in December. I am seeking a studio, convertible or 1 br unit to live in. Close to public transport ideally. My base rent budget is $1300. I do have two well behaved cats and am willing to pay pet rent for them as well. Open to credit and background check. I have a clean rental history as well. If available, I can travel to tour any units available. I will not need parking.
