Professional guy who travels for work looking for large updated studio or small 1 bed. Lakeview,Uptown, Lincoln Park. Updated kitchen a must. Bake for charities and clients. In unit w/d preferred. Must have balcony or attached outdoor space. Move in date 15 June-1 July. Would like to be by Belmont, Montrose Harbours. Looking for 1 year lease. $1500-$2000 is my price range. Laid back neat, clean tenant. Spend time at lake in summer. Sports, travel and volunteering are my main hobbies. Big activist in the community, Recreation Park and the Lake. To avoid scams and bs, I will require proof of ownership or listing agents credentials (representing owner or building mgmt) upon viewing. Unorthodox but too many scams, especially on CL.
