I'm a freelance creative and the kind of tenant landlords remember. I'm still friends with previous landlords, they still call from time to time, and my current landlord calls me sunshine.
I grew up gutting and restoring old buildings, so I understand them from the inside out. I'm a steward of the spaces I stay in.
My current apartment was recently used as a filming location for a Canon camera commercial.
I'm looking for a new space to land and love as well as I can until it's time for me to go.
I'm professional and unintrusive. I work from home, keep quiet hours, and am hard of hearing — outside noise or neighborly noises are not an issue for me.
What I'm looking for:
Lofts, warehouse conversions, open layouts, and interesting spaces
High ceilings and lots of light
Private parking or garage strongly preferred, open to nearby options
Outdoor space (balcony, roof deck, or yard)
In-unit washer/dryer
No roommates
Neighborhoods:
Ideally south side (Pilsen/Bridgeport area) or northwest (Logan Square/Avondale/Bucktown).
Open to other neighborhoods too.
Private landlords especially welcome.
