This is officially a 3-bedroom apartment, but we've converted the large front living room into an oversized bedroom with a door, creating a a total of 4 bedrooms which can be perfect for either a family or roommates. All bedrooms are about 10 X 11, except the back bedroom that is 10 x 9.
