Hello, I am relocating to Chicago and looking for a studio or a one bedroom apartment. My budget is around 1300 with everything included. I am looking in the Jefferson Park area or an area that is close to the blue line and easy access accessible to the airport. Also , walkable to stores. I would prefer laundry in unit, but at least in the building. I am open to private rentals as well as management rentals. My timeframe for moving is June/July.
