embedded control system design, computer aided design (CAD), finite element analysis (FEA) and information
technology (IT) for automotive, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, and aerospace flight control
We're looking for recruiters with an experience in recruiting engineering related job openings. The candidates are
required to have a Bachelor's Degree at a minimum and at least one year experience in a recruiting firm.
● Gathering, sorting and filtering resumes from different hiring websites like LinkedIn, Monster etc.
● Creating job posting related to the current opening of these hiring websites.
● Filtering through resumes and selecting appropriate candidates for the current job opening.
● Contacting the candidates and conducting a basic HR interview.
● Basic documentation (hard and software based) and general office assistance.
● Preferably Bachelor's degree.
● Prior recruitment experience.
● Maintain a positive attitude and focus.
● Software skills like Office application, Google docs, cloud storage management
● Great verbal and written communication skills.
