I wasn’t always an athlete.
I was a skinny kid with no real athletic future coming out of high school. I wasn’t highly recruited, didn’t have elite genetics, and didn’t have a clear path. What I did have was the willingness to learn, train consistently, and build my body the right way over time.
Through years of disciplined training, nutrition, and learning what actually works, I transformed myself into a college Division II athlete, starting at multiple levels of competition. Everything I achieved was built, not given — and that’s the same approach I bring to my clients.
Since then, I’ve helped:
• A college athlete significantly improve performance and physical development
• Two adult clients (man & woman) achieve noticeable strength, body composition, and confidence improvements
