Established property management company seeking a dependable, experienced maintenance professional to service a portfolio of residential properties in the Roscoe Village and Lakeview areas.
Responsibilities include:
• General maintenance and repair work
• Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
• Apartment turnover and punch-list items
• Building inspections and preventative maintenance
• Cleaning and upkeep of common areas
• Responding to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
• Previous property maintenance, handyman, or building engineering experience preferred
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs helpful
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required (service van provided for travel to properties)
