Full-Time Maintenance and Repair Position
Our ideal candidate is an experienced in basic home and property maintenance and repair, someone who can complete small to medium repairs and occasionally some home improvement projects at buildings throughout the city.
Wage based on experience/skills.
Skills & Requirements:
• Solid knowledge of the basics: electrical, plumbing, carpentry
• Must have own vehicle (valid driver’s license and insurance) and tools.
• Good communication skills, organized and capable of following directions
• Be able to complete projects in a timely manner
• Team player who can also work independently
