Global Heating and Cooling is a locally owned HVAC company specializing in residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, prompt service, and treating customers like neighbors. We’re expanding our team and looking for reliable, motivated HVAC Technicians/Installers.
What you’ll do:
- Install, test, and commission furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and associated controls
- Perform diagnostics, routine maintenance, and repairs
- Read blueprints and installation instructions; ensure installations meet codes and manufacturer specs
- Communicate professionally with customers; explain work performed and recommended repairs
- Maintain service vehicle, tools, and accurate job documentation
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HVAC installation/service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Familiarity with electrical wiring, refrigerant systems, and sheetmetal work
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces and at heights
