What You Will Do

• Support daily concrete production operations

• Assist with forms, steel, and concrete placement and finishing

• Perform hands-on general labor tasks in a manufacturing environment

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

• Work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals in a fast-paced plant environment

Requirements

• 18+ years of age or older

• Ability to lift 40 lbs. regularly

• Willingness to work indoors/outdoors in all weather

• Reliable, safety-minded, and eager to learn

• Manufacturing or concrete experience is a plus, but not required
