• Light plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, etc.
• General repair and punch list tasks
• Help with property rehabs and cleanouts
• Full-time
Requirements:
• Must be dependable and show up on time
• Able to work independently and with a small crew
• Experience in property maintenance or construction preferred
