We are currently seeking a reliable, experienced Part-Time Maintenance Person to join our team!

Job Description:

Perform janitorial cleaning of buildings

Seasonal maintenance tasks (including changing filters, water shut-offs, etc.)

Ensure all aspects of the buildings are functioning properly

Minor repairs as needed plumbing & electrical

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license

Previous maintenance experience
