What You'll Do:

Work with property managers to ensure units are move-in ready
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of hands-on experience in property maintenance, apartment maintenance, or general handyman work
Ability to troubleshoot and fix issues efficiently
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
