Extra small jobs for handymen and smart home pros (Logan Square)

Looking for pros who can do at least one of these:
• Handyman work (small repairs, punch lists, basic fixes)
• Small plumbing jobs (leaks, fixtures, clogs, licensed only)
• Smart home and WiFi (TV mounts, routers, smart locks, devices)
How it works for you:
• I find and screen the homeowner
• I confirm basic scope and budget with them
• I send you the job details
• You show up, do the work, and get paid by the customer
For the first couple of jobs I do not take any fee. I just want to prove I can send you real, clean work without wasting your time. If it works well for both of us, we can keep going and talk about a simple fee per completed job later.
You are a good fit if:
• You actually show up when you say you will
• You communicate clearly by text or phone
• You are okay sending before and after photos from each job
• You already work in Chicago and know basic pricing for small jobs
This is independent contractor work. You use your own tools, vehicle and insurance.
