Need handyperson for about 10 days on residential rehab project.

frame wall and door placement to create additional bedroom
convert ½ bath to full: add shower with proper drainage drainage
repair misc plumbing leaks
add/move electrical outlets
repair or replace broken glass or windows as needed
repair / patch / mud / sand / prime sheetrock
detach existing floorboards & quarter round, paint, then reattach
update outdated bathtub & tile with creativity & value
improve outdoor patio & landscape
work with other contractors & handypersons to lift, move, or assist as needed

Work ongoing.
Materials provided - you bring tools.
