This is a founder-led startup going after high-end homeowners. Premium work, high expectations, fast pace. We’re early, moving quickly, and building real systems — not just “marketing activity.”
This is a doer role first. Builder second. Coach later.

What you’ll actually be doing
You’ll own lead flow.
Not “support marketing.” Not “assist with campaigns.”
You’ll be responsible for building and running the engine that brings in qualified homeowners consistently.
That includes:
• Designing and deploying a real lead system (not duct tape)
• Using AI to personalize outreach and follow-up at scale
• Building founder-led social and deploying it consistently
• Running Meta ads and knowing what’s working and what’s not
• Setting up and improving funnels in HubSpot
• Turning ideas into systems that can be repeated and improved
The goal in the first 90 days is simple:
We can point to a system that’s producing leads and getting better every week.

• ChatGPT (actual workflows, not just writing captions)
• HubSpot or similar CRM
• Meta ads with real accountability
• How to build something from scratch and iterate fast
• How to work without being micromanaged
