We are hiring a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for our Addison injection molding facility. This is a hands-on, independent role supporting production equipment and the facility. This technician will be the primary on-site maintenance resource and must be reliable, self-motivated, and mechanically skilled.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain injection molding machines
Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing repairs
Maintain machine uptime and production efficiency
Complete preventive and predictive maintenance
Support older equipment with relays, switches, and controls
Set up machines for sample and production runs
Perform general facility maintenance as needed
Keep maintenance areas clean, safe, and organized
Assist with special projects
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience
Working knowledge of electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Valid driver’s license
