Responsibilities:
• Assemble drying racks and other screen printing equipment components as needed.
• Put hardware kits together, ensuring all parts are included and properly packaged for shipment.
• Build crates for shipping larger or fragile equipment to ensure safe transport.
• Use general hand tools for assembly, packaging, and crate building.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and organization within the warehouse.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks as needed to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies, and report findings to the appropriate team.
• Log and track all incoming and outgoing shipments in company systems to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders/invoices.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for both domestic and international shipping.
• Coordinate with carriers and freight companies for pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shipping/receiving area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred
• Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, and freight shipping procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, shipping software, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Forklift certification a plus (or willing to obtain)
• Ability to assemble products and handle small mechanical tasks
• Knowledge of basic hand tools for assembly and shipping tasks
• Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
• Open-minded, flexible, and willing to take on new tasks as needed
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
