Key Responsibilities
• Assemble mechanical parts and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures
• Follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and standard operating procedures
• Perform basic inspections to ensure assemblies meet quality and safety standards
• Identify and report defective parts, assembly issues, or equipment problems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality requirements
• Work collaboratively with team members, leads, and supervisors
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience (not required)
• Ability to read basic mechanical drawings or schematics
• Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers or tape measures
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs with or without assistance
• Manual dexterity for handling small parts and tools
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
Work Environment
• Manufacturing/production floor environment
• Exposure to machinery, noise, and moving mechanical parts
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Schedule
• Full-time, with potential for overtime as required by production needs
Training & Development
