Moonrise is currently sourcing for a Supply Chain Administrator courtesy of one of our prestigious clients local to the Pilsen area. Our client is seeking an entry-level individual who has a degree in Supply Chain or another related field. In this role, the Supply Chain Administrator will play an instrumental role to ensure the best service for their customers and provide administrative and analytical support to their supply chain team. This is a Direct Hire opportunity!
Review, create, submit and verify purchase orders for machine parts and raw materials
Track open purchase orders to ensure timely delivery
Process receiving of in-coming parts and materials into inventory and confirm accuracy of orders
Maintain impeccable files, notes, supplier and parts history
Source new vendors for machine parts, fabrics and trims
Create sourcing library for all fabrics, trims and other raw materials for reference
Work with Purchasing and Logistics Department on any other special projects related to purchasing and inventory level management
Data analysis and report creation
Assist the Supply Chain Manager in achievement of team goals
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred or 4 years of relevant experience strongly preferred
1+ year of manufacturing/internship or relevant experience
Solid communication skills (reading instructions, following directions, verbal communication)
Motivated, dependable, high energy, positive attitude, detail oriented, solution focused, flexible, responsive
Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, bend, reach, and walk for duration of shift. Must be able to comfortably lift up to 40 pounds.
