The Returns Associate works closely with members of our Customer Service and Warehouse teams to address all customer questions regarding product exchanges, replacements, and returns. This position is responsible for processing and authorizing returned items from customers including handling and inspecting returns. This position is also responsible for processing information pertaining to merchandises to be returned to the manufacturer because of defects or quantity errors. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Examines,compares and test's returned merchandise with original order to record information such as quantity, type of defect and date on invoice or other forms.
Enters returns information into our inventory management system.
Calls customers concerning their return and obtains all necessary information to ensure opportunity for complete satisfaction is provided.
Completes all necessary forms for all returned items and tracks all inventory transactions made through the returns process.
Enters or retrieves relevant information into/from our inventory management system to ensure returns are processed correctly.
Manages and processes customer returns and communicates with appropriate staff to ensure similar issues are prevented in the future.
Carefully inspects all returned products for damages; repackages or restocks returned products with care after careful inspection.
Boxes and prepares replacement products for shipment.
Skills & Experience
A High School Diploma or GED is Required and a minimum of one year of customer service or related experience or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position is required.
Must be able and willing to vape!
Must have intermediate computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and knowledge of Google‐based programs such as google sheets/Docs.
Familiarity with the vaping industry (preferred but not required).
Experience with working in a warehouse environment.
Experience with inventory management systems and E-commerce platform.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.
Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
