Here's an incredible guitar for your perusal, an Alvarez 12-string, Model 5021, made between 1980-1985 in Japan. I have a few folks helping me to get the exact dates and to see if this is a Yairi acoustic. This guitar is IMMACULATE, with the exception of one tiny spot (see picture) and looks like new. Ringing clarity and lingering sustain make this 12-string the exceptional choice for any player!
