As far as I can tell it's almost completely bone stock, save for a kill switch that was added by the previous owner.
Cosmetically it's in near-perfect shape with only a hair-line scratch near the output jack (pictured). The neck is straight, action is perfect and the satin finish on the neck feels great. The frets could use a polish tho.
She's strung with a fresh set of D'Addario XT 10's.
It does not come with either a HSC or a gig bag.
