The PB-40 is the professional Patch Bay System from Furman Sound featuring a full 40 patch points, eight more than most competitive products. It is housed in a sturdy, heavy gauge steel chassis measuring 1.75" high by 19" wide (one standard rack space). Each unit is constructed of 20 circuit board modules which fit into a specially designed sub-panel. An attractive front panel covers the sub-panel, hiding all mounting nuts and providing a blank white area for labeling each jack's connections. A rear cover slips over the rear connectors of each module and screws to the sub-panel, holding the modules firmly in place.
