Here's another rare Japanese-made 12 String that needs a little attention! This guitar features a spruce top, with mahogany back and sides and six-ply binding. The neck has 18 frets (plus a zero fret), a rosewood fretboard and a beautiful rosette at the sound hole.
That said, the action is high on the neck as there is a bow in it. This needs to be adjusted and, per my setup/repair guy, may need a neck shim. He didn’t want to adjust /shim it as he knew it would be sold AS-IS for someone to repair. After inspection, he surmised there was zero separation at the neck heel.
Despite the neck issue, this guitar is in stellar shape, with no bridge separation, and the trapeze tailpiece is still a bright chrome with no surface rust. For that someone who has the time and possesses the technical knowledge to fix this up is going to have one heck of an amazing guitar on their hands This is 100% priced to sell!
