Here’s a pair of Marshall amplifiers, one guitar and one bass. Both have electronics issues, but chassis are in great shape, with a bare minimum of wear and tear. I bought these knowing they had issues and thinking I could fix them, turns out I didn't even bother trying! NOW, take a look and get yourself a great amp that needs a little bit of work I don‘t know how to do!
PRICES ARE UNDER EACH DESCRIPTION, AND LESS THAN WHAT I PAID FOR THEM. PRICED TO SELL, WILL TAKE $50.00 FOR BOTH!
First amp is a Marshall MG Series 15DFX. (Shown without speaker, but speaker will be installed as well as back panel) When I went to turn this on, the light came on for about 15 seconds and then I heard a “pop” and it turned off. I couldn’t see any smoke or anything like that, but when I pulled out the amp it looked like there was a fuse (or something) that had burned out! This really looked to be an easy fix!!!
PRICE = $25.00
The second amp is a Marshall Bass State, which actually turned on, and I thought it was a loose jack, etc, (Shown without speaker, but speaker will be installed as well as back panel) After about 30 seconds the amp just went off, no noise, no nothing, just off. I waited about 30 minutes and tried to turn it on again and heard a “pop” and it turned off again. I plugged it back up this week and it stayed on (!!!), and plugged a cable in, but it was in and out. I couldn’t figure it out, but I know YOU can!
PRICE = $35.00
Both of these are for local pickup cross streets are Belmont and Racine.
