I'm looking for two other bands to share my practice space at Treehouse Studios (2608 N Cicero Ave). It's currently my band and one other band sharing it. Text me for pics or to schedule some time to come check it out (phone number at bottom)
Rent will be $162.50 / mo once we get two more bands. The total overall cost of the room is $650, and we split it evenly among all the bands. So if we get one more band for a total of 3, rent will be about $216 / mo, but we're looking to get two more bands, so at worst, your first month might be $216 while we look for another band.
ROOM DETAILS:
- 10' x 19' room with 2 big storage racks.
- fully set up with amps, PA, drum set, etc. You can bring your own amp if you want to, but you're welcome to use the ones there too.
- 24 / 7 access to the building. An app is required to get into the building, and our room is secured with a code lock.
EQUIPMENT DETAILS:
- PA is a really cool set up, it's a 12 channel mixer connected to a power amp to two PA speakers, and an additional powered speaker as a monitor.
- I'm not sure what the guitar amps are. I know they're both tubes, I think one is a Marshall head and cab. I can get the specifics when I'm there tomorrow
- Gallien Kreuger full stack bass amp. It's sick.
- Yamaha Oak Custom drum kit that's been very well taken care of.
