The space is underutilized and generally only used 2 weeknight evenings (6:00pm-9:00pm) and occasionally on weekends. Scheduling can be worked out with a shared calendar and is fairly flexible.
Sound panels and bass traps make the acoustics sweet (all done by Alex Buttle, who handles the work for Fort Knox). An overhead fan keeps the room cool in summer, and a small radiator keeps it warm in winter. The walls are solid, and only one wall is shared with another studio. You never hear any other noise than what you make.
