Based in Evanston, IL, Mather LifeWays has been serving the needs of older adults for more than 75 years. Through applied research, community initiatives and senior living, our exceptional team touches tens of thousands of lives annually.

We currently seek a Senior Vice President to plan and direct operations at our high-end, award-winning senior living communities, our cafes, and our "without walls" programs, inspiring a team that innovates and delivers extraordinary services and experiences, with new communities and affiliations in the planning stages. Dedicated to developing and implementing Ways to Age Well, we create programs, places, and residences for today's young-at-heart older adults. 10 plus years leadership with financial and customer satisfaction responsibilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills. Professional appearance and demeanor.

Preferred: 10-15 years aging services management or related; Masters degree.
