Working America's Campaign Camp is a week long intensive training program in which attendees learn how to win elections through door-to-door activism. This is a paid training program ($36,156 annual pay) to build the leadership skills needed to win high-stakes elections this fall. You will learn effective messaging, campaign staff management skills, field logistics, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Working America's Campaign Camp is taking place in Chicago, IL. Come learn how Working America runs the most effective field program in the country, and how to maximize your impact and win on election night.

-Ability to travel
-Must be available for one week this summer, and from Labor Day through Election Day
Successful Campaign Camp attendees will join Working America's Rapid Deployment Team as Field Managers. We deploy our team to work on the most important elections in the country. The Rapid Deployment Team can expect assignment starting around Labor Day through Election Day. You will be provided transportation, housing, and per diem, in addition to salary and benefits.
