We are looking for an entry level organized Administrative Support person to join our team at our office located near Harlem and Higgins. This is a consistent, part-time in-office role requiring approximately 15 hours per week (3 hours per day, Monday through Friday). This position is perfect for a local candidate who thrives on precision and enjoys maintaining an organized physical and digital workspace.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining information in our internal databases, (i.e. daily billing and cash entry)
Reviewing data for errors and correcting any inconsistencies.
Emailing and mailing finalized invoices to clients.
Managing filing systems ensuring all project-related documents are organized.
Handling day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
