Client Service Associate - Mariner Wealth Advisors
The first voice clients hear. The person who keeps the practice running.
If you like building real relationships, juggling a dozen things at once without losing track, and being the reason a client walks away saying "they really took care of me" - this is your role.
What you'll do
- Build and keep client relationships - own the new-client onboarding process and coordinate with the advisor team
- Manage paper and electronic files; compile quarterly asset values for billing, journals, transfers, invoices, and fees
- Run the day-to-day office work - appointments, marketing support, AP/AR, reception backup
- Spot opportunities where Mariner can add more value for a client and surface them to the advisor
- Keep controls clean - review your scope to prevent errors and reporting issues
- Show up to client service meetings and stay current on compliance and practice management
What we're looking for
- High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred
- Financial services experience or a relevant internship
- Wealth management exposure is a plus
- Solid MS Office + CRM skills (Salesforce, Redtail); eMoney experience is a bonus
- Genuinely organized multiple priorities, tight attention to detail, real follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication; team-first mindset
