We help property owners and contractors manage and support insurance-related property damage files.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are hiring an experienced Insurance Claim Executive to manage and support property damage insurance claims.
This role combines office coordination + field work + insurance communication.
COMPENSATION
• Base pay: $20 per hour
• Plus commission structure
• High performers can earn $70,000+ per year
(Transparent pay structure – not a “fake promise” position)
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage insurance claims from start to resolution
• Communicate with insurance adjusters and companies
• Coordinate inspections with contractors
• Review estimates and scope of damages
• Push files forward and negotiate outcomes
• Call insurance companies, contractors, and clients
• Organize schedules and project timelines
• Follow up on inspections, estimates, and job progress
• Assist with water damage, roofing, siding, and remodeling projects
• Handle claim-related paperwork and communication
REQUIREMENTS
✅ Experience in property damage, construction, restoration, or insurance claims
✅ Valid Driver’s License (required)
✅ Reliable vehicle required
✅ Ability to travel to job sites and inspections
✅ No criminal background (insurance-related work)
✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✅ Organized, reliable, and self-managed
