Build and maintain an ecosystem that allows workers to work when and how much they want each week
We allow workers freedom to pick up shifts as they like, around other jobs, commitments, whatever else they have going on. We also allow our business partners, whether they be restaurants, hotels or corporate event companies to request reliable workers when and where they need.
Our team of operations coordinators is deeply dedicated to reliability, diligence, and providing responsive service to both workers and businesses, as well as helping everyone get the most out of our platform.
Operations coordinators have their fingers on the pulse each day. Your responsibilities include ensuring workers are on time, properly clocked in, wearing the correct attire, and ready to work as well as fielding shift requests from our business partners and making sure everything runs smoothly.
Additionally, since you’ll be hands on with our software and app day in and day out, any bugs or unexpected issues will need to be promptly reported to the engineering team.
In order to become an operations coordinator, you’ll need to be proactive and show an ability to prioritize in an environment sometimes described as “organized chaos”. Once you begin, you’ll join a team of people dedicated to building the most reliable on-demand staffing platform ever.
Match Workers to Shifts: Determine best fit for worker and business based on history, personality, skill set, and experience level
Quality Assurance: Ensure workers are wearing the proper attire, arrive at their shifts on time, and are clocked in and out of shifts correctly
Support: Assist workers and businesses with any and all issues that may arise via phone, email and text support
-1-3 years experience in operations, support, or staffing. Restaurant office manager experience a big plus
