Entrepreneur and CEO seeking a highly skilled personal assistant in downtown Chicago to provide business and personal related tasks. As the CEO's "right hand", the chosen candidate will handle a complex variety of high level administrative work including executive and personal assistance to meeting planning, and greeting high profile clients and handling interactions. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, and a proactive nature. This opportunity includes a base salary plus discretionary bonus and full benefits. Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendars including scheduling internal/external meetings, board meetings, and personal appointments.
Plan and arrange private travel arrangements for private aircraft, hotel and car reservations as needed.
Process travel itineraries and make changes before and during trips when necessary. Includes all business and personal travel and commitments.
Arrange meeting varying in size including all logistics and catering. This will include office and personal events.
Track and process expense reports.
Write, edit and proofread correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Manage all incoming mail.
Run personal errands as needed.
Execute special projects as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
5+ years administrative assistant and law firm management experience
Highly adaptable with flexibility and efficiency being of utmost importance
Strong independent judgment and resourcefulness
Exceptional critical thinking skills and attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion
Expert level MS Office skills
Undergraduate degree in business or a related field a plus
