RED STAR OUTDOOR ADVERTISING is seeking to immediately fill a general office/administrative assistant position. The ideal candidate is either finishing college or a recent graduate that will assist with the day-to-day activity of the Sales and Real Estate departments.

Responsibilities include answering phones, managing deadlines, scheduling travel, assisting with AR/AP, in addition to personal business for the company's owners, along with managing social media. We are a non-smoking environment and the candidate must like dogs (multiple dogs in office).
