Northside flooring store is looking for a Part-time, front-desk, Receptionist to perform a variety of administrative duties. As our Receptionist, you will be interacting with our sales staff, customers, and our office personnel throughout the day so the ideal candidate should be pleasant, outgoing, and have an upbeat personality.

Ideal candidate should also be punctual, reliable and have great phone etiquette.
*Multitasking and strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this position.
* Must have at least 2 years experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner
• Direct guests to the appropriate person
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Data Entry, scanning
• Day-End Reconciliation- Sunday only (Posting payments, reconciling day-end reports, preparing bank deposit)
• Misc. administrative duties
Hours: Monday & Wednesday: 4:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Sunday: 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
