We Are Hiring – Intermodal Logistics Manager (Booking Department)
We are looking for an experienced intermodal logistics professional to lead and manage our Booking Department team.
This role is for someone who understands the market, knows how booking works, and is ready to manage people, processes, and performance — not just execute tasks.
🔹 Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise a team of bookers
* Monitor booking performance, rates, and profitability
* Guide team on working with brokers and customers
* Ensure loads are planned efficiently based on market conditions
* Improve processes, structure, and team productivity
* Coordinate with planners, HR, Safety, Accounting, and etc departments.
🔹 Requirements:
* Strong experience in intermodal logistics
* Deep understanding of current freight market
* Experience working with brokers and customers and resolve issues due to intermodal delays
* Experience with tracking systems
* Previous leadership or team management experience is a must
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
* Ability to take ownership and drive results
