Company in the northwest suburbs is seeking a full time office assistant. Below is an outline of tasks one would be responsible for completing.

- Billing- accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit card processing, mailing, and Quickbooks management

- Customer service via telephone and email

-Data entry and clerical support

Qualifications

- Must be proficient in Microsoft, Word, Excel, and have knowledge of operating basic office equipment

- Attention to detail

- Must be punctual and reliable

- Ability to multitask and adapt to situations

- Polish speaking a plus, but not required

Willing to train the right candidate

Compensation is based on skills and experience
