Offering dedicated desks in the shared front room of my photography studio at 329 W 18th St, River Place (Blue Star building) β Pilsen/Chinatown border, right on the Chicago River with beautiful views.
This is a simple monthly Desk License (NOT a lease or sublease) β revocable for non-payment or rule violations. Immediate access denial via smart lock if needed. No tenant rights or court eviction process.
β **FULL MONTH ACCESS** β Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM β 5:00 PM sharp every business/working day of the month (approximately 22 weekdays).
**Note: The building is closed on recognized holidays.**
Must exit by 5 PM (smart lock enforced)
