Your schedule:

Wed — open until 12:30
Thurs & Fri — 1:30pm to close
Sat — 2/month all day, 2/month 2pm to close
Sun — all day

Rate: $145/week ($580/mo) June–September, then $220/week ($880/mo) October onward. Avondale market is ~$975/mo — the lower rate reflects a landlord deal that ends in October.
The building owner covers the business license and shop registration. You'll need a current cosmetology license and will be addded to the lease.
