Works. This is all equipment I've used to make prints in my past home darkroom; it isn't something I found in a garage. Enlarger was kept with a plastic bag over it -- is clean and not full of dust. The lens has a cap and is kept in it's own little box -- it's clean.
One of the trays has some chemical residue on it. The filter kit has a red square of glass or plastic that has a scratch on it because it doesn't have a slot (I can't remember if this matters). The glass for the print tray is just something I had cut at a hardware store.
